The first step in our puppy buying process, is to complete a puppy application. This allows us to ensure the puppy is going to a good home, and makes it easier for us to keep track of our wait list. You are welcome to check out our available puppies, prior to completing this application. We encourage you to read up on the parent dogs, and select which litter you would like to choose a puppy from. The second step of our puppy buying process happens when you have received approval of your application. This is when we will proceed with your deposit. All deposits are $500.00, and are non-refundable. However, if you wish to move your deposit to a different or future litter, you may do so. Once this step is complete and you have reviewed and signed our contract, the final step commences and you are on your way to welcoming your new puppy! (Our contract consists of your obligation to properly care for your new puppy, along with spay/neuter at recommended age; unless Full Registration is approved)

We will assist in choosing a puppy that is best suited for your needs. We base this on your preference of color choice, temperament, and many other circumstances. We welcome visits (by appointment only), video calls, and will provide lots of photo updates along the way! Your new best friend is super important, and we are very understanding of that and try to make ourselves available to you as much as we can! 

Third and final step, once you have chosen your puppy, you are able to arrange pickup once your puppy reaches 8 weeks of age. For more details on this specifically, refer to our "FAQs" page. Remaining payment must be made when you pick up your new puppy. We are happy to make a payment plan or arrangement with you, however, full balance is due before puppy leaves to go to their new home.

We do have a Facebook group community with our puppy owners, that you are welcome to join! We love to see updates and photos of our past litters, and keep connected with you all to share our love for German Shepherds! This is a great place to connect with our Platinum Black family!
